What is the Hollywood Laser Peel®?
A Hollywood Laser Peel® is a treatment that is intended to restore your skin’s natural, healthy glow. It is designed to reduce unwanted pigmentation, treat melasma, exfoliate your skin for a softer tone and texture, help control oil production, reduce acne and stimulate collagen production. The Hollywood Laser Peel reveals a firmer, more youthful-looking complexion. Whether you’re looking to boost your daily skincare regimen or just want that “glow” before a special event, Hollywood Laser Peel treatments, with zero downtime, are the perfect addition to your routine.
Using a patented carbon lotion, we prep your skin and activate the lotion with the laser, ensuring the carbon bonds with your outer skin cells. A follow-up laser sweep then lifts away the lotion along with dead skin and debris, flushing out debris from your pores and revealing a revitalized, radiant complexion.

While the Hollywood laser therapy protocol can vary depending on specific client protocols. However, below is what you can expect from a typical laser carbon peel:
Your skin will be prepared by a thorough cleansing.
A layer of liquid carbon will be applied. This carbon lotion absorbs oil, dirt, and dead skin cells from deep within the pores. About 10 minutes are allowed for the liquid carbon to dry and your eyes are protected with shields to protect your eyes from the laser.
The initial laser will pass, such as the Nd: YAG, over the skin on a low-energy setting. This heats up the carbon, binding it to the epidermis. If you have very sensitive skin or dark patches like melasma, this heating step may be skipped. The laser also heats up subdermal tissue, boosting collagen and plumping up fine lines.
Post care products are applied to the skin after treatment. You should immediately see brighter, glowing skin and tighter pores. You may experience a slight pinking or reddening of the skin. This usually lasts for one hour or less.
