LATE ARRIVAL
If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests. Abbreviated treatments are charged at full value. It is possible that accommodations with a later arrival time may not be possible, a cancellation fee may apply.
LATE CANCELLATION & MISSED APPOINTMENT
Your appointments are very important to the Le Lux Beautique team members, it is reserved specifically for you. We respectfully require 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid any cancellation fees and/or forfeiting services. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability and allowing our teams schedules filled thus better serving everyone.
- Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to $50 fee.
- No shows will be charged $50 for the service reservation.
- Appointments made within the 24-hour period that need to cancel, must do so 4 hours prior to the appointment time.
- Services must be held with a debit or credit card.
- Appointment Reminders: An email reminder (sent 48 hrs. in advance) and a courtesy call (24 hrs. in advance) are done as a courtesy. However, it remains the client’s responsibility to remember appointments.

PRICES & PROMOTIONS
We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure we bring you the latest and greatest technology. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined.
PAYMENTS
Because our practice is limited to elective aesthetic medicine, we do not bill insurance. All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept cash, Visa®, MasterCard®, Klarna, Cherry Financing, PayPal, Affirm, gift cards, and Zelle. We do not accept checks.
GIFT CARDS – Gift cards may be used toward any service or product offered at Le Lux Beautique (some restrictions may apply). Gift cards not redeemable for cash.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY – All sales are final. Deposits are non-refundable or transferable to a contract reconfiguration until terms are met. Store credit is provided for services not rendered. Refunds are not provided for services rendered. However, if there is an issue with the service, please contact management to discuss possible solutions. Products: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. In accordance with federal law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on prescription products for any reason.
MAINTAINING “GOOD STANDING”
Status is extremely important to ensure that you are entitled to all rights, privileges and advantages of the Le Lux Beautique services. In good standing” is a term that refers only to a client who has paid their fees and whose services are not suspended for delinquent or outstanding balances. Only clients in good standing can: (1) Schedule services. (2) Redeem services or goods. (3) Transfer or return any unused credits for instore credit (4) Apply member pricing discounts (if valid). If any payment whatsoever remains delinquent, we will give notice that your account is suspended pending payment of the outstanding sum. Until such time as payment is received, you will not be entitled to use any of the spa facilities this agreement grants privilege to. Once we have received payment of the outstanding sums, you will be entitled to use the spa facilities and activities once more, but you will not be given any credit for the time that your service was suspended. Deposits are non-refundable or transferable to a contract reconfiguration until terms are met.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Personal belongings are the full responsibility of the spa guest and should be always kept in your possession. Le Lux Beautique is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
QUIET ENVIRONMENT
As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation in the spa. Additionally, we ask that all guests silence their cell phones during each visit to the spa.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
· Guests must be at least 13 years old to receive services at the spa.
· Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
· For the safety and provide a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for all guests, we maintain a no-children policy in the spa.
PROVIDER REQUESTS
We respect your desire to be with a particular treatment provider but we may not always be able to meet special requests due to illness, vacations, and unforeseen schedule changes.
PRACTICE-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP
We love having you as a patient, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
FULL DISCLOSURE
Our #1 goal is for you to be happy with our service and to love the results you achieve. We believe in full disclosure, which means we strive to ensure that you understand the treatments you receive and the risks and benefits associated with each of them. Please be assured that our team will only recommend treatments and products that will benefit you specifically and which are medically appropriate for you. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO RECORDING
Clients must obtain written consent from Le Lux Beautique before taking any photographs or video recordings within the premises. This ensures the privacy and comfort of all clients and staff.
CODE OF CONDUCT
At Le Lux Beautique we welcome that guest:
- Communicate – Respectfully share your preferences, expectations, and concerns.
- Provide health information: Share complete and accurate health information with your provider.
- Be respectful: Treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect.
- Use products and equipment properly: Use products, equipment, and therapies as directed.
- Follow policies: Adhere to the published policies and procedures.
- We ask all guests to treat each other with respect and refrain from behavior that could be considered harassing, discriminatory, or make others feel uncomfortable.
Examples of Prohibited Conduct Include:
- Unwelcome or inappropriate physical contact.
- Unwelcome sexual advances or requests for sexual favors.
- Verbal harassment, such as unwelcome comments, jokes, slurs, or negative stereotyping
- Visual displays of derogatory or offensive images, photography, cartoons, drawings, or gestures
- Threatening or intimidating acts directed at another guest
- Guests should respect the personal space and privacy of others during treatments
- Guests engaging in discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be asked to leave the spa immediately. We reserve the right to deny service to any individual violating these policies.
- Disruptive Behavior: Loud, aggressive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated
- Substance Abuse: The use of illegal substances or being under the influence of drugs or alcohol while on the premises is prohibited
- Damage to Property: Vandalizing, damaging, or defacing any part of the spa’s property is forbidden.
- Unauthorized Recording: Taking photographs or video recordings without written consent is not allowed.
- Non-Compliance: Failure to comply with spa policies or instructions from staff may result in removal from the premises.
